Chapter Eight The room was pitch dark, except for the familiar large rectangle of light coming from near the end of the bed. "Albert, turn the light off," Kelly told Sam. Sam pulled the blanket over her head, and then tried to shoo out his two friends with his hands from his place next to Kelly. "You have a girl under those sheets, don't you, buddy?" the twenty-five year old said, grinning. "It's none of your business," Sam said through his teeth, wishing that Al and Tina would just go back to their own time. Kelly took the blanket off her head, and looked up. "That's weird," she said. "I swore I see a bright light coming from someplace, but none of your lights are on." Then, she turned around and went back to sleep. "No, what's weird is that you're sleeping with my sister?" Al was furious. "How dare you take advantage of her? You're a dirty old man, Sam Beckett, and here I always thought you as Mr. Morals." He tried hitting Sam in the nose, but his holographic hand went straight though the older time traveler. "So, much for killing this nozzle." He shook his first at him. "When you come back to the present, you're a dead man, Sam Beckett. I was a Golden Gloves Champ a few years ago." "It's not what you think," Sam said. "I love her. I use to date her." "How can you date her? She's young enough to be your daughter." "And, you're old enough to be Tina's father," a female computer stated, making an inside joke that only Sam and the computer understood. "Who said that?" Tina asked, looking around her. "It's me, Tina and Albert." The female voice seemed to come out of nowhere. "It's Ziggy, the super hybrid computer that Doctor Beckett invented. And, Albert, apologize to Sam." "No, he took advantage of Kelly and me." "Actually, Sam has 50% of the hormones that you left behind when he leaped in," Ziggy stated. "That's probably why Sam slept with Kelly last night." Kelly stirred away, a repulsed look on her face. "I slept with Sam!" She curled up her face as if she had just eaten a lemon. "Ewe! Ewe! Ewe!" She grabbed the blanket, twirling it around her naked body so Sam wouldn't be able to see what was below her shoulders. She then grabbed her clothes off the floor. "You dated my mom. This is so nasty!" She locked herself in the bathroom to get dressed. "50%? Huh?" Al said. He was now beaming with delight. He knew Kelly always seemed like a sister to him, but she was not a blood relation - and she was a total babe. If it was his hormones, then maybe Sam could not have stopped himself. "Well, if that's what, Ziggy says," Sam agreed. He knew it was more than just Al's hormones last night, but a part of Sam wanting to relive his sexual feelings of his youth. Kelly, now dressed, came out. "Well, it was fun whoever you are," she told the man in the bed. "Gross, but fun." Al was smiling lustfully from ear to ear. "Hear that! 'Fun'! Wow!" Tina decided to change the topic of what was going on in the room to something else. "Sam, don't worry about leaping home. I probably got the blueprints for the improvements as soon as you mailed them, and I just found out that the Team is working on it right this second in your time." "That's great!" He wondered if it would work. "Also, if you get back home, that is a bonus, because there is an 80% chance that you're here to save Lisa Sherman, since our Ziggy predicts that you're unable to do the mission alone." &Back to 1957, and Al's original past, & Sam thought. &And, time to go back to the Imaging Chamber. &
